In this gentle session, we release tension through conscious movement, spinal mobility exercises, breathwork, and guided relaxation.

For less back pressure, greater flexibility, and a lighter feeling in your body.

Details

Exercises to warm up all joints
Activation of the 7 pumps along the spine
Spinal cord breathing
We learn about 5 more heart pumps and how we can collect and store the Qi
Embryonic breathing is learned and practiced, it has a vasodilating effect and the body is supplied with more oxygen
Another 5 pumps of the pelvic floor are activated, the so-called Chi muscle

Meditation for Deep Relaxation and Regeneration


Through conscious breath- and energywork, stress, emotional tension, and inner blockages that accumulate in the body over time are released.

The back, shoulders, and spine relax, the body feels lighter, and the nervous system calms down.

The energy flow along the spine is activated, and Kundalini energy begins to flow more freely.
