We learn and practice the Tiger form more intensively to strengthen the Liver, the Wood element and harmonize the corresponding emotions such as anger, frustation, envy and jealousy.
This form comes from the "Five Animals Frolics Qi Gong".

Qi Gong of Inner Taoist Alchemy - A thousand year old practice that combines gentle, flowing movements, conscious breathing, and focused mindfulness. Based on the teachings of the Tao, active energy meditations activate various energy centers to relax the body and its inner landscape and increase energy flow. Well-being, harmony, and health are promoted.
