Exercises to warm up all joints

Activation of the 7 pumps along the spine

Spinal cord breathing

We learn about 5 more heart pumps and how we can collect and store the Qi

The 3 small hearts are activated, the heart function is supported

3 additional hearts of the abdominal area are activated by breathing techniques

Embryonic breathing is learned and practiced, it has a vasodilating effect and the body is supplied with more oxygen

Another 5 pumps of the pelvic floor are activated, the so-called Chi muscle
