Through:
-
Meditation - Arrival
We begin in silence.
With our eyes closed, we turn our attention inward.
The breath becomes the bridge to this moment.
Here, in the now, we connect with our bodies and the space.
-
Qi Gong – 5 Animal Frolics - The Moneky
With the movements of the animals, we return to our original life force.
Fluent, playful, powerful – each animal embodies a quality that strengthens body, mind, and organ energy.
In late summer, we specifically activate the animal that corresponds to the current element and organ.
Movement becomes medicine.

-
Tea & Knowledge
We connect with the wisdom of tea and delve into the deeper meaning of the organ system from the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Through mindfulness, we open the inner space for insight and transformation.
Together, we examine which emotional, energetic, and physical blockages can express themselves in each organ.
-
Inner Taoist Alchemy
We direct our attention inward—to where energy is shaped, refined, and transformed.
With breath, mindfulness, and conscious guidance of the mind, we cultivate Qi in the organ realm.
We harmonize the element and emotions, strengthen energies, and connect with the alchemical forces of transformation.
